- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They couldn't find our paperwork the first time we went in. The second time the loan officer forgot she scheduled an appointment with us and didn't add it to her calendar which caused us to have to wait 30 additional minutes until her next time slot was open. The first time they forgot to order our debit cards, 10 business days later we reminded them to order them, 10 business days later they made two cards both with my wifes name on them. At which point we called the bank and the teller laughed when we told her what happened. If I could do it all over again I would've never stepped in their door.By Easton Elkin, March 14, 2017
